Refund policy

There are NO exchanges/refunds on cosmetic purchases unless, you have received an incorrect order. Refunds/exchanges are available on all other products. Simply Eve must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your order in order for you to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Note, you will ONLY be eligible for the refund or exchange on cosmetic purchases if you have been sent a product that was not listed on your order. All products must be returned unused, in original packaging to receive your refund or exchange. In case of refunds for errors made on our behalf, Simply Eve will pay the return shipping costs. For all other refunds/exchanges, you (buyer) will pay return shipping costs.
